Delivery information
We deliver fast and we are happy to do so. The delivery period shall commence at the latest on:
- The date of your order
- If you have provided us with the right documents

-Estimate Delivery time within 48 hours within the Baku region.
-Collecting goods from the shop upon client request
When all this is arranged and your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an e-mail and phone call from us for confirmation.
You have the option to return your order within 14 days of giving your order. If you decide to return your order within these 14 days, we need specific information from you.

1. Document and contact details (your ID passport must be in the Diplomat Shop database). Once downloaded in Sign in form and approved by Duty Free Diplomat Shop data base system, we will contact you directly.
2. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we will inform you of the delivery details.
3. Please be informed that the estimated lead time will start on the day that we received both the online order and the diplomatic document.
4. You will receive your invoice on your account page.
